Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can control them.
Last updated: 21 June 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember your choices, and to help site owners understand how their site is used.
2. Our approach
We keep cookies to a minimum. Today we use only strictly necessary cookies — we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. When you first visit, we show a short notice and remember your choice.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- vm_cookie_consent— remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Expires after about one year.
- vm_dev_access — set only during the pre-launch period to grant access to the in-development platform. It contains a one-way token, not your password.
- Authentication cookies — once accounts are live, our authentication provider sets session cookies so you stay signed in.
Analytics & marketing
We do not currently use these. If we add them in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can delete the cookies above at any time. Because some of our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them may stop parts of the Service from working. To change the cookie choice you made on this site, clear your browser cookies for this domain and reload the page to see the notice again.
5. More information
Cookies that involve personal information are also covered by our Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to privacy@vramevroutjie.co.za.
